Shipping policy

🇺🇸 US CUSTOMERS. WHAT ABOUT TARIFFS? 🇺🇸 

  • Your tariffs are INCLUDED in the postage costs. Items are sent Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) via Royal Mail which means NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES when you receive your items in the US.
  • The price you pay at checkout is the total price. You will see an extra line at checkout that shows the full tariff cost and thankfully its hardly anything. (UK to USA is only 10% on some items for example). PHEW!

 

How much is shipping?

  • FREE UK SHIPPING on artprints, stickers and magnets by Royal Mail Second Class.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING by Royal Mail International Standard and will be calculated when you checkout.
  • FREE SHIPPING on mugs, tshirts, and posters.

 

Where will my order ship from?

  • Depending on what you order, it may be shipped by me (artprints, magnets, stickers) or printed to order by my printer (t-shirts, mugs, posters). Your order may arrive in different parcels.

 

How long will it take?

  • Artprints, stickers and magnets should arrive by Royal Mail within 3-4 days of posting. 
  • International orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks (depending on your local customs office)
  • **As my other items are printed to order for you, production and shipping can take between 7 - 10 days. Though it can often be much quicker than this.**

 

Can I track my order?

  • For certain items you will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me an email here hello@wendystephens.co.uk

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:

  • Please allow for any possible postal delays. Delivery estimates can vary and lots of things can affect deliveries, so please allow an extra couple of days to see if it arrives - it usually does!
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Check with your neighbours in case the package has been left with them
  • If you feel you’ve waited for any postal delays, the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, get in touch with me at hello@wendystephens.co.uk with your order number.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

  • An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
